Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer / Technical Lead San Francisco About Green Green is building a global consumer neobank. We're merging banking, payments, and crypto into a single product. Our initial focus is emerging markets, where traditional banking and local currencies fail hundreds of millions of people. We will enable users all over the world to move their money seamlessly within our ecosystem. Green is built by a small group of highly experienced operators and engineers. We're a small, senior-only team, with no layers, politics, or slow decisions. We've built, founded, and owned services used by hundreds of millions of people and generating billions in revenue. Green is the next step and mass distribution is readily available via our day-one partners. Every person on the team ships product and shapes the direction of the company. The Role A Technical Lead on our team is a hands-on leadership role for candidates with breadth across multiple layers of our stack and the judgment to drive technical outcomes. We are building: An iOS app (Swift) An Android app (Kotlin) A Web app (React) A standalone backend (Python + FastAPI, Postgres, AWS) If you bring a mix of these skill sets and can guide others to deliver high-quality software, this role may be a strong fit.
