Team Loan Officer- Green Brick Mortgage Plano, TX, US Overview The Team Loan Officer must believe in, practice, and initiate all Green Brick Mortgage values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be H onest, O bjective, M ature and E fficient in how they approach their role at Green Brick Mortgage. The Team Loan Officer is responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgages for their home purchases, refinancing, or other needs. This role involves evaluating loan applications, providing personalized financial advice, and ensuring a seamless process from application to closing. Responsibilities Provide application and documentation support to assigned Loan Officers. Request, receive and organize income, asset, and employment documentation. Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness. Prepare clear concise loan summary for assigned loan officers. Review Initial Closing Disclosures (Loan Estimates and early disclosures) for accuracy and alignment with approved loan terms. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations, and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines. Supervision of Others: N/A Authority/Budget/Decision Making/Discretion and Independent Judgment Ability: Utilizes discretion, judgment, and high-level analytical skills to interpret complex situations. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended period
