About this role

MULTIMEDIA JOURNALIST - WJHG WJHG - Station WJHG-TV NewsChannel 7, the NBC affiliate and #1 news source for the Panama City, Florida market, and WECP-TV, the CBS affiliate, are looking for a multi-media journalist to join our award-winning news team. We are seeking qualified candidates who have a passion for storytelling and news gathering. Candidate must be a team player, willing to work flexible hours, with a strong understanding of how news is delivered on multiple platforms. We are looking for a newsroom leader with solid writing skills and the ability to turn content in on deadline under pressure. Candidate must also be a community leader, willing to represent the station at local events. Must be open to learning new skills and assisting in any way needed in a busy newsroom environment.
