About this role

MULTIMEDIA JOURNALIST - KYTV/KSPR KYTV - Station KY3 and KSPR, the award-winning NBC and ABC affiliates in Springfield, MO are looking for an aggressive multi-media journalist who is passionate about covering local news and weather. We are a newsroom that values creativity, hard work, and enterprise hard news story ideas centered on safety/security stories. We will, in turn, give you the feedback to help you grow and equipment to help you succeed. We are looking for a more experienced MMJ who isn't afraid to head out into the field to cover urgent breaking news, do creative live shots, and fight to be the lead every day. This is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone with at least two years' experience at a television station as a reporter or MMJ.
