About this role

VIDEOJOURNALIST - WJHG WJHG - Station We are looking for a creative videojournalist to join our award-winning news team. The ideal candidate can shoot, write, and edit stories for newscasts, as well as operate live equipment for our morning reporter. Must be able to grasp new technology, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate well with others. This candidate may also be trained to fly the station drone and secure FAA credentials to use a drone for broadcast news. Training will be provided. This is not an on-air position, but this person will be required to contribute news ideas and independently cover stories as directed by management, including breaking news, meetings, sports, and general assignments.
