Plant Operations & Process Management Ensure plant operation within design intent and permissible operating limits (hydraulic loading, organic load, feed variability). Monitor and control: Biological systems (ASP, MBR, MBBR, SBR), ETP/STP units, Advanced treatment (UF/RO/ZLD/ATFD) Ensure consistent compliance with discharge/reuse norms and contractual guarantees. Drive process stabilization and optimization, including: Reduction in chemical consumption, Energy efficiency improvement, Sludge minimization and handling optimization Assess impact of feed variability and upstream disturbances on downstream performance.
