Job Description We are seeking an IT Specialist to support corporate IT operations in our Arlington office. This role serves as the primary on-site IT presence and partners closely with the IT Manager based in Pittsburgh to ensure consistent standards, performance, and reliability across locations. In order to do this job well, you must be motivated to work hands-on in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will be responsible for delivering dependable IT operations, supporting a high volume of in-office collaboration, and maintaining disciplined systems and endpoint management.
