You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to create industry-leading products based on user insights. As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences. In this program management role, you will build and execute end-to-end UX programs and operational frameworks across the AI Foundations organization and the Privacy, Safety, and Security (PSS) pillars. In this role you will build and execute plans for programs, initially deploying into the highest-priority, critical-path projects across both domains. As these teams grow and AI fundamentally transforms our collective ways of working, you will help ensure our program management workflows support this evolving landscape proactively identifying opportunities to modernize how our design teams execute while simultaneously driving the direct delivery of core product features.
