You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As the Technical Program Manager for GenAI safety and abuse, you will drive the definition and execution of critical OKRs, translating strategic goals like self-service onboarding and defense improvements into scalable operations.
