About this role

Technical Program Management Immersive Lead, XR San Jose, CA, USA In this strategic, high-stakes leadership role for Immersive and Spatial devices, you will be responsible for the delivery of the next generation of products and will oversee our critical XR portfolio. This role requires the ability to match technical excellence with strategic execution and an understanding of the product and the business. You will identify and resolve gaps in the technical stack along with current processes and tools to ensure successful delivery, as well as identify methods that contribute to operational scalability for the internal team. You will empower and manage a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), driving the strategic roadmap for landing high quality products and ensuring quality in subsequent updates.
