Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lead tax compliance advisory activities across Alphabet's UK operations and international markets, including oversight of tax incentive claims to the UK group. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in finance, legal, tax and treasury on various tax matters, including controversy where applicable. Identify and mitigate tax risks by implementing and monitoring tax controls and procedures. Provide expert tax advice to internal stakeholders on business decisions, transactions and risks, while staying informed of changes in global tax legislation and assess their impact on the company. Drive continuous review and improve tax compliance processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in corporate tax. Preferred qualifications: ACA or CTA Qualified. Experience in technology and data analytics tools. Experience in applicable tax matters, tax laws, and tax attributes. Excellent project
