In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our thermal hardware solutions. As a Supplier Quality Engineer working on Thermal solutions, you lead suppliers from quality and reliability perspectives while collaborating with Hardware Designers, Commodity Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Data Center teams. You set and manage component quality and reliability, drive supplier factory certification audits, and lead component and manufacturing site qualifications. You will actively manage sustaining quality, drive continuous improvements, and ensure lessons learned are mitigated with suppliers and partner teams. You drive true root cause failure analysis and ensure systemic corrective actions with comprehensive preventative actions. You extract and analyze data from supplier facilities, Google production lines, and our data centers to verify performance and drive improvements. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
