Real Estate Project Executive Sunnyvale, CA, USA The Real Estate Design and Delivery team consists of Project Executives that lead real estate construction project delivery from inception to completion. This team partners with regional and global specialist teams, as well as supplier partners, to deliver workplaces on time and on budget. The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Real Estate Design and Delivery (REDD) team designs and delivers exceptional physical spaces for Google globally, from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery from feasibility, due diligence, and Site Acquisition Committee (SAC) approvals, to design management and construction oversight including cost, quality, schedule, compliance, risk, and stakeholder management. You will regionally align Real Estate Design and Delivery teams, ensure you are close to the markets and users, and can deliver with speed and accuracy. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Drive market-specific portfolio strategies by implementing multi-year master plans.
