As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Google Beam is developing advanced software and hardware technology to enable people who are separated by distance to experience a conversation as if they were together. You will have the opportunity to have a big impact working alongside researchers and engineers inventing the future of communication with Google products. As the Deployments Program Manager for Google Beam, you will proactively identify, organize, and lead high-impact program activities and stakeholders. You are responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of complex events where Beam stations are deployed ranging from first-party tent poles to major industry conferences. You will scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, ensuring alignment among senior stakeholders while delivering significant downstream change management.
