Lead and manage the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program lifecycle, identifying and driving impactful business and operational improvements aligned with Google's goal. Define, scope, and independently lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, adjusting programs effectively. Ensure compliance with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) regulations, maintain permits and monitor program Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance. Execute and manage site EHS compliance calendar tasks/requirements. Monitor and communication program progress, risks, and mitigations.
