As a Special Projects Workforce Development Program Manager, you will address the critical electrical and piping trade gaps directly impacting hyper-scale AI data center delivery. Guided by Google's three respects, you will respect the opportunity to transform regional workforce resource constraints into sustainable pathways for high-quality career advancement. You will own the strategic rollout of custom training programming and facilities, leverage your network for talent recruitment, localized upskilling pipelines, and craft support networks across the region. This role requires a mission-critical specialist with deep connection into crafts person pipelines, construction project knowledge, sophisticated data tracking capabilities, and a passion for solving complex, and large-scale industrial labor logistics.
