From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Ireland: €86000 - €88500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google . Oversee outsourced payroll operations team to deliver accurate and timely payroll including monthly and annual cycle planning and operational execution. Enhance operational processes and oversight/ decision making/analysis on key aspects of the payroll cycle - including payroll metrics, vendor performance, compliance requirements, year end. Assess and promptly resolve operational escalations and longer term process gaps - investigate root causes and prevent recurrence. Partner with cross-functional teams including HR Operations, Corp Eng, Head of HR, Employment Tax, Legal, Controllership on day to day operations as well as to implement compliance, regulatory, tax and other changes. Ensure operational risks and issues are recorded, prioritized and managed. Proactively drive the continuous optimisation of your country by critically assessing payroll processes, identify gaps and partner with key stakeholders to resolve. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of
