As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams. In this role, you will be leading and managing projects within Product and Enterprise Security Engineering teams. You will work cross-functionally and alongside Security Engineers and have a positive impact on the security of Google's data and infrastructure. You will require sound judgment under pressure, a technical background, meticulous attention-to-detail and outstanding communication skills. You will co-ordinate between many stakeholders, set expectations for deliverables from many different teams, keep track of success of parallel efforts, identify key roadblocks and work with the team members involved to keep things moving.
