As a Technical Program Manager in Grid Code Compliance, you will safeguard the vital power infrastructure that sustains Google's global data center network. You will advocate the lifecycle management of mission-critical power assets, driving project schedules and mitigating risks to ensure delivery remains on time and on budget. By bridging the gap between commercial structuring and operational reality, you will navigate complex agreement negotiations and technical requirements. In this role, you will be high-impact leader capable of orchestrating array of internal stakeholders, from engineering and real estate to legal and finance, managing external consultants to deliver the sustainable energy infrastructure of the future. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Advocate data excellence by developing standardized tools and governance frameworks to ensure transparent portfolio-wide communication and risk mitigation. Monitor and uphold grid code compliance, proactively tracking evolving utility requirements, ISO/RTO protocols, and NERC/IEEE reliability standards. Represent Google in grid operator and utility forums to influence and shape requirements
