Analyze partner-level and category-level data to equip partner managers with actionable insights for partner acquisition and activation. Execute and coordinate programs (e.g. 11/11, friday campaigns) with internal partners and cross-functional teams. Drive merchant campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-backed recommendations. Prepare data-backed business cases to assist SPMs in partner negotiations. Manage the ground-level execution of pilots and experiments, including participant selection and data collection. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role. Preferred qualifications: Experience using SQL or data analytics tools to deliver executive-level insights and recommendations. Knowledge of the e-Commerce or social-commerce landscape and operations. Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fluid, high energy, constantly evolving, team environment. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks
