Why This Role Matters As a Procurement Specialist, you play a key role in supporting sourcing strategies and ensuring data accuracy across procurement systems. By coordinating supplier relationships, leading bid processes, and providing valuable business insights, you contribute directly to cost efficiency, operational excellence, and informed decision-making. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid process (RFIs, RFPs, validation) and support supplier negotiations Analyze bids, identify productivity opportunities, and contribute to sourcing recommendations Maintain accurate price information and supplier master data in SAP/MACOS, ensuring contract compliance Support forecasting activities and communicate inputs to Procurement Finance Provide business analysis and reporting on cost projections, risks, and productivity Maintain and analyze market intelligence (pricing trends, suppliers, technologies, logistics, competitive insights) Act as key contact for supplier relationship management (SRM), coordinating communications, corrective actions, and supporting payment/invoice processes What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field (internships considered) Solid understanding of business processes and procurement fundamentals Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks Excellent communication and
