Procurement Operations Specialist, Ballabgarh IN Ballabgarh Title: Procurement Operations Specialist Business Unit: Asia Pacific Location: Ballabgarh / India Pay Grade: E03 Primary Purpose of the Role You support the Sr. Procurement Operations Lead in managing plant procurement operations at Goodyear India, Ballabgarh. You ensure manufacturing procurement needs are met while supporting financial and operational goals. You collaborate closely with Plant Manufacturing, Global Strategic Sourcing, and Global Shared Services to execute procurement activities effectively. Your Key Responsibilities You handle day‑to‑day procurement for Indirect Spend (Engineering items, Operating supplies, Services, HR, Admin, Manpower, Facility items). You support execution of sourcing strategies aligned with global category plans. You process Purchase Requisitions / Shopping Carts with complete documentation per Procurement Policy. You ensure timely follow‑up with suppliers for material delivery. You drive procurement operations-related savings projects across indirect categories. You work closely with GBS and Global Category Teams to deliver savings and ensure timely support. You prepare and maintain executive reports for local, regional, and global requirements. You support supplier development, including creation of new vendor codes and plant waste‑management activities. You ensure clear, consistent communication across all organizational levels. Principal Duties & Time Allocation 45% - You manage local Procurement Operations for the Ballabgarh plant, responding to urgent requirements while following procurement guidelines. 20% - You support sourcing strategy execution and lead local contract negotiations based on criticality and complexity. 15% - You maintain effective communication with local leadership and stakeholders. 10% - You identify and develop new suppliers for indirect materials to
