Logistics Manager TH Pathumthani Non Plant The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end handling of raw materials and finished goods across warehousing and transportation operations. You will oversee third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure on-time delivery, accurate quantities, and cost-efficient logistics execution aligned with customer demand. What You'll Do Core Responsibilities You will oversee the implementation, management, maintenance, and monitoring of warehouse and transportation operations to meet company goals and objectives. You will manage efficient operations to achieve on-time deliveries with accurate SKUs and quantities at optimized cost. You will ensure cost optimization in alignment with the cost-to-serve budget. You will work in close collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and relevant internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive the achievement of company objectives through effective execution of key initiatives and strategies. You will implement and maintain audit requirements across warehouse and transportation operations. You will foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships and promoting a culture of productivity and growth. Financial Budget and Control You will assume full responsibility for the warehouse and transportation budget. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the logistics process. You will take ownership of delivering cost-effective, feasible, and appropriate logistics solutions. You will ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, health, and safety requirements.
