We're Looking For A: YouTube Video Editor Intern Location: Remote What You'll Be Doing: Support the continued growth of a Health & Wellness YouTube channel by creating engaging, trend-aware short-form content designed to capture attention and drive viewer engagement. This role will assist the Senior Video Editor & Producer in maintaining a daily Shorts publishing cadence while supporting the channel's existing long-form upload schedule. - Learn internal systems and organize project files according to company specifications. - Edit & export engaging short-form videos from project files, footage, and exports. - Create eye-catching thumbnails for both 9x16 and 16x9 content using Adobe Photoshop. - Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, meme culture, pacing, hooks, captions, and retention strategies. - Utilize AI-assisted creative tools to improve creative workflows. (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, etc.) - Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines. - Bring creative ideas and trend-aware suggestions to the table to help evolve the channel's short-form content strategy.
