What You Will Do: - Employee Experience & Lifecycle Support: Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations across Turkey and MEA markets. - International HR Consultation: Support clients and employees with HR operations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce-related queries across the MEA region. - In-Country Expertise - Turkey: Act as the primary SME for Turkish labor laws, employment regulations, payroll practices, with working knowledge of other MEA countries. - Regional HR Support - MEA: Provide HR operational support across Middle East and Africa countries, adapting to evolving business and market needs. - Complex Employee Relations & Terminations: Manage sensitive
