You will design and scale the core intelligence services that power both real-time customer interactions and operational foresight. Your projects will range from engineering our real-time transcription engine to building proactive outbound outreach systems. Additionally, you will build conversational interfaces and leverage AI to anticipate user topics, summarize sentiment, and surface unresolved issues. Ultimately, your work will bridge advanced data intelligence with human strategy, empowering agents to work smarter across every channel. Working in self-reliant product teams, you'll contribute to diverse projects throughout the entire development lifecycle.
