As the People Operations Specialist, you will support and scale our global processes while providing an excellent employee experience and weaving Glia's core values throughout the employee lifecycle. What You'll Do - Global Lifecycle Management: Own the operational execution of key employee milestones, including onboarding, promotions, internal relocations, and offboarding on a global scale. - Immigration & Mobility: Support our employees through the visa and immigration process, ensuring Glianeers can work where they are needed most with minimal friction. - EOR Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our Employer of Record (EOR) partners in Europe. - Global Onboarding:
