Our team owns the macOS platform within Actions, working across cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and distributed systems to deliver a reliable and performant experience for developers. We're looking for a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to set technical direction for the macOS platform, lead cross-team efforts to deliver durable platform capabilities, and raise the bar on scalability, reliability, and operational excellence at scale. You'll identify the highest-leverage problems, drive alignment across stakeholders, and guide design and execution from early architecture through rollout and long-term operational ownership, including observability, incident response readiness, and continuous improvement.
