Learn more at geniussports.com THE ROLE: Genius Sports is looking for a n experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team supporting the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions . Genius Sports is currently in the process of scaling various tech teams to align acquisitions under one unified technical strategy . The Salesforce team is at the forefront for supporting this strategy s upporting the o nboarding of the extensive Genius Sports product catalog within Salesforce, driving commercial enablement, and activating our data to enrich and personalize our Marketing campaigns to drive growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Automation Expertise: - Proficient in Agentforce configuration enabling automation using natural language prompts. - Proficient with Einstein Activity Capture and Conversational Insights and flows. Pipeline Efficiency Enhancements: - Collaborate with stakeholders to improve pipeline efficiency by streamlining processes and improving automation, through flows and OOTB features to improve pipeline management & forecasting. - Implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting. - Maintain and scale Quote to Cash journeys in Agentforce Revenue Management. Marketing Strategy Implementation: - Work closely with marketing teams to align Salesforce capabilities with marketing strategies. - Familiarity with marketing automation, journey orchestration, personalisation, data segmentation and activation, CRM integration, event management,
