UF6 Operator: We are seeking a UF₆ Enrichment System Operator to support development, commissioning, pilot operations, and full-scale operation of a uranium enrichment facility. This role will lead development of the facility Concept of Operations (CONOPS), advise on operator training programs and procedures, support R&D and pilot-scale testing activities, and serve as the senior operating authority during commissioning and startup. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on UF₆ operational experience, strong system-level understanding, and the ability to translate engineering design into safe, executable plant operations in both development and production environments. Responsibilities: - Lead development of the facility Concept of Operations (CONOPS), including UF₆ feed, withdrawal, cylinder handling, sampling, and upset response philosophy. - Support and lead R&D and pilot-scale enrichment operations, including test campaigns, system configuration changes, and evaluation of new or developmental process designs. - Translate engineering designs into executable operating procedures
