Senior Information Assurance Engineer Boulder, CO, US Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position Information Assurance Engineer Join the team at General Dynamics Mission Systems, where we protect what matters most. What You'll Experience Build and maintain security artifacts like Risk Management Framework (RMF) security plans, testing plans, and System Impact Analyses to ensure compliance, readiness, and legitimate security of government systems. Conduct security tests and vulnerability scans using both manual and automated methods to identify and address risks. Collaborate with Development and Test teams to integrate and verify security requirements in cutting-edge cloud-native DevSecOps environments. Lead and support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) events, ensuring systems meet critical security standards.
