About this role
Regional Strike Team Leadership - Product Direction Pittsfield, MA, US Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: : Department of Defense Secret security clearance is strongly preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position Description We're expanding our leadership team on Regional Strike and looking for people who want to lead from the front. This role puts you at the intersection of software development and systems thinking, owning the product direction for a team of 6-7 engineers working across combat system software. This isn't a clipboard-and-meetings role. You'll be embedded with your team at the story level, shaping what gets built and why. You'll need to understand the software, talk to the engineers in their language, and connect their work to the bigger systems picture.
