Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) Dedham, MA, US Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: : Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire . Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our team. The RTE will be responsible for driving the execution and improvement of the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensuring the successful delivery of value to our customers. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of Agile and SAFe principles. The RTE has the primary purpose of supporting and coaching an Agile Release Train by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software and hardware in large, cross-functional environments. The RTE helps resolve and escalate impediments, manages risk, helps assure value delivery, and drives program level continuous improvement. The RTE is accountable for the overall plan
