About this role

Structural Welding Instructor North Kingstown, RI, US Overview Focus Factory Training (D794) is currently looking for an organized, self-motivated Structural Welding Instructor for long term travel to support strategic sourcing initiatives at the various Focus Factories. This position will report to the Chief of Training for Strategic Sourcing and will report to the applicable on-site Chief of Training when traveling. Instructors will be assigned to Business Travel and/or Extended Work Assignments at Focus Factory locations, including but not limited to: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Florence, South Carolina; Jacksonville, FL and Mobile, Alabama. The instructor will be part of a team, responsible for the training of supplier staff in various courses related to various structural welding processes and wire types, as well as additional welding related courses. Qualified candidates will have a strong commitment to Safety and Procedural Compliance, be self-starter and possess strong verbal & written communication skills. Candidates must also be driven by a desire to develop themselves and others, and possess the ability to multi-task with a friendly, approachable customer service demeanor.
