Program Representative Specialist - Bangor WA Silverdale, WA, US Overview There's never been a better time to join the shipbuilding industry. As demand for cutting-edge naval technology grows, General Dynamics Electric Boat is at the forefront-designing, building, and maintaining the most advanced submarines in the world. Our work is mission-critical, supporting the U.S. Navy and strengthening national security. This position is for the TRIDENT Site in Bangor, WA. Role Overview The Program Representative will provide direct support to the Site Engineering Manager for ensuring accomplishment of established program goals, to include cost control, strategic planning & scheduling, and execution of projects for various Navy customers. The position will work with various Groton and offsite offices for budgeting, obtaining new work, estimating contract changes, procurement, etc. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work with the COLUMBIA program and it's sustainment efforts. Manage various projects at Trident Refit Facility, Bangor and at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Interface with Groton management of equivalent functions, with PSNS and TRF Bangor project offices and contract representatives, and with various NAVSEA Program Offices. Additional tasked projects and duties as required. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project are is essential.
