Focus Factory Structural Welding Instructor Philadelphia, PA, US Overview Home Location: Rhoads - Philadelphia, PA Travel Expectation : Business Travel approximately 15%+ Focus Factory Training (D973) is currently looking for an organized, self-motivated Structural Welding Instructor to support the strategic sourcing initiatives at the Rhoads Focus Factory Philadelphia, PA. This position will report to the on-site Chief of Training. The Instructor will be part of a team, responsible for the training of supplier students in various courses related to various structural welding processes and wire types, as well as additional welding related requirements. Qualified candidates will have a strong sense of commitment to Safety and Procedural Compliance, be a self-starter and possess strong verbal & written communication skills. Candidates must also be driven by a desire to develop themselves and others, and possess the ability to multi-task with a friendly, approachable customer service demeanor. Responsibilities & Duties - The responsibilities & duties include but are not limited to: Instructing multiple welding related classroom courses including Workmanship, AWPSS and Safety Briefs Instructing multiple structural related classroom courses Directing and assessing hands on training with practice and tests Enforcing safety rules and regulations in training and during deck plate audits Assessing student performance & identifying nonconformance to policies, procedures and technical documents Supporting various course content reviews and related ac
