About this role
Contracts Manager IV General Atomics (GA), and its affiliated companies, is one of the world's leading resources for high-technology systems development ranging from the nuclear fuel cycle to remotely piloted aircraft, airborne sensors, and advanced electric, electronic, wireless and laser technologies. We are seeking a dynamic Senior International Contracts Manager to join our growing international contracts team during an exciting phase of expansion. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative contract strategies, leading complex negotiations, and managing the preparation, acceptance, and ongoing administration of diverse government and commercial contracts-both domestic and international-as well as special agreements such as confidentiality agreements, teaming agreements, sales representation agreements, cooperative research and development agreements (CRADAs), and memorandums of understanding (MOUs). In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with senior leadership, and play a critical part in shaping General Atomics' contractual posture and strengthening its global presence, all while working on cutting-edge technologies. You will oversee all phases of the contract and special agreements process, from reviewing customer requirements-such as statements of work (SOW), bid instructions, contract structure, and terms and conditions-to proposal evaluation, contract review, and approval of all contractual documents. Your work will ensure the protection of the company's contractual position, compliance with laws and regulations, identification of risk factors, and adherence to company policies.
