About this role

Business Program Analyst III General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems. Under general direction, as part of the GA-ASI Program Management Resource Center Team and working with cross functional organizations as required, applies advanced knowledge to formulate and develop the delivery and/or execution of one or more internal Company products, solutions, processes, or business systems to improve data quality and consistency, add capability, or add efficiency to the execution of Company business. Exercises judgement within broadly defined practices to contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards to ensure activities meet overall objectives. Issues faced are difficult and often complex. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manages non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery including entire tool or system development, system integration projects, and business system and process development or modification. - Continually assesses project performance, identifies issues, and develops solutions to meet project goals and objectives. Develops appropriate reports to document performance and convey to leadership. - Analyzes, validates, and develops surveys and analysis of best practices for techniques and processes to optimize approaches and achieve more efficient results. - Develops and leads the communication/delivery of business system/process documentation including presentations, procedures, templates, training, and job aids. - Gathers and reports consolidated project status and financial information to leadership. - Develops metrics that provide data for business system
