What to expect The SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert (SME) will serve as the internal expert for Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes within the SAP environment for Gates EMEA, with a strong focus on Controlling (CO), including product costing, standard costing, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis . This role is responsible for maintaining the FICO process template, guiding and developing local SMEs and Power Users (PUs), and driving continuous improvement within the assigned process area. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP FICO expertise with strong collaboration skills to ensure regional business process alignment, standardization, and excellence. The role can be based in one of our locations: Wrocław (Poland), Ghent (Belgium), Aachen (Germany), or Balsareny (Spain).
