Located in our Greenville, SC. plant, you will be a Materials Manager. The Materials Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all materials management activities to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods. This role oversees inventory control, production material planning, warehousing, and supplier coordination to support manufacturing schedules while optimizing cost, quality, and service levels. Key Responsibilities (to name a few) Support the development and execution of policies, procedures, and goals for procuring goods and services in alignment with plant and business objectives. Manage purchasing operations to ensure materials and supplies meet defined quality, cost, and delivery targets. Plan and maintain balanced inventory levels that support production needs while adhering to plant guidelines and working capital goals. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to supervisors and team members to drive performance and long‑term capability. Ensure proper selection, application, and availability of products and services to meet the needs of global customers.
