Essential Duties and Responsibilities Comply with the rules of the work safety accountability procedure document, and carefully follow the rules and regulations in the employee handbook. Responsible for the implementation of the company's HSE policy, HSE management system and emergency plan in the department. Supervise employees in the responsible area to implement applicable environmental health and safety laws and regulations and take responsibility for hazardous wastes and employee HSE performance. Leaders establish and improve quality management systems, organize implementation, supervise and inspect the operation of production quality systems. The leader establishes and refines the identification and grading of all risks in an area of responsibility, consistently pushing for a reduction in high risk levels.
