Essential Duties and Responsibilities Gates Corporation is seeking a Data Center Product Development Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of products serving the global data center market. This role is responsible for translating customer and market needs into differentiated, profitable products solutions that support critical data center infrastructure, including power transmission, thermal management, fluid conveyance, and reliability solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen, market-driven thinking, and cross‑functional leadership to deliver innovative solutions for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center customers.
