The Growth team focuses on driving adoption and engagement with Garner and oversees member acquisition, onboarding, and engagement as well as oversees our app architecture and design system. In this role, you'll develop core experiences such as engaging onboarding flows, a notifications system, and strategize on how to best engage high value users. In addition, you'll own the Design System at Garner and work across teams to facilitate its use and drive its continual evolution.
