About the role: We are seeking an exceptional Staff Data Scientist to join our Garner Health Intelligence team to help build and evolve our provider data insights. You'll work with our clinical researchers, data scientists, and data engineers to improve the rules and models we use to evaluate provider performance. Your work will directly impact our member recommendations and provider-facing data products. You will also be a technical leader, raising the bar for how we conduct analysis, build models, and deploy data science code by improving standards and mentoring team members.
