About the role: We're looking for a Manager, Business Insights to lead a small, high-leverage team of product and business analysts driving the most consequential decisions at Garner. This is not a pure people-management role. You'll spend roughly half your time hands-on - designing experiments, running causal analyses, and building measurement frameworks alongside your team - and the other half coaching, raising the bar, and translating analytical work into clear recommendations for executives. You'll manage a team of 3-4 analysts spanning Growth, Product, and Central BI, and you'll be the person leadership turns to when the math gets hard and the answer matters. This role reports to the Director of Data Science & Analytics
