Associate Director, Accounting College Station, TX, US Position Overview The Associate Director, Accounting leads FUJIFILM Biotechnology-Texas site's accounting operations to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with Group accounting principles and applicable standards. The role establishes and strengthens internal controls (J-SOX aligned), owns SAP accounting processes, and drives standardization and automation across record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay. The manager develops and directs an accounting team to meet objectives, partners with FP&A and business leaders to provide actionable insights, and ensures audit readiness through disciplined policy, documentation, and governance.
