The Job: - Build and continuously improve the TPM framework within the team, with the primary goal of shipping the best product as quickly as possible. - Define and drive strategy, master planning, execution, and delivery for technically complex products - from concept through production. - Act as the interface between global headquarters, local China teams, and suppliers to drive progress and ensure timely cross-team communication. - Own project budgets, including headcount planning, establish and continuously optimize product cost models for assigned projects, and take responsibility for meeting target costs. - Serve as the critical link between project teams and decision-makers - frequently update company leadership on progress and drive cross-functional collaboration, especially through key milestones and critical project risks. - Communicate and partner effectively with R&D and manufacturing leadership - continuously monitor project progress, assess status, and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
