Opportunity: We are spinning up Form Now , a new service-based initiative designed to bridge the gap between desktop 3D printing and industrial-scale production. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join a small, elite team at our Headquarters in Massachusetts, to take this from pre-launch to a national scale. This isn't just a product role; it's a mandate to build a business. Your mandate is to act as a mini-CEO: rapidly identify, develop, and scale the Form Now service model within Formlabs. We value a bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and deep ownership over outcomes. We are seeking results-focused leaders and entrepreneurs who can move from high-level GTM strategy to "on-the-floor" operations in a single afternoon.
