The Job: - Drive the quality influence and develop the quality system in the early stages of NPI, e.g. EVT, where the customized APQP qualification process should be applied - Drive the definition, implementation, and execution of quality plans for new and existing 3D printing hardware product. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, Operations) to ensure seamless product development and launch. - Collaborate with manufacturing partners (CM/JDM) to establish quality control processes and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the supply chain - Develop the sub-tier suppliers qualification process - Analyze data, lead DOE, identify root causes of failures, and drive corrective actions with engineering, manufacturing, and CM/JDMs. - Lead failure analysis investigations and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (SCAR). - Lead the development and improvement of quality management systems and processes from scratch. - Champion quality throughout the organization and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). Overseas degree is a big plus - 8+ years of experience in hardware quality engineering, preferably in consumer electronics, robotics, or a related industry. Experience with complex electromechanical systems is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving techniques. A six sigma
