Platform Engineer San Francisco | OnSite ABOUT POETIC Poetic (formerly known as Forge) is creating the next layer of human-computer interaction - combining the intelligence of AI with the reliability of software. We automate the most complex manual processes for the world's largest enterprises using a new English programming language that blends structured control flow with natural language instructions. Processes that once took hours can now be completed in a fraction of the time at superhuman quality. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring for the next person on our core product engineering team. Someone who is inspired by the future and wants to build what the next layer of human-computer interaction could look like for how we all use computers. It's a small, focused team of amazing engineers who like owning entire parts of the product end-to-end and want to work on complex technical challenges with real-impact. Poetic is a fully vertically integrated programming stack and environment and we've had to build the IDE, the compiler, the runtime, and the infra underneath to make it work.
